in about 1985-86. Went with family to Celtic end and United
went 4-0 up. It was murder. It finished 4-2 to United. |

| Eamonn Bannon v Hearts in December
1986 at Tannadice. He got the ball at the United right corner
flag, ran diagonally the full length of the pitch and hit a
screamer into the bottom right corner. It was the
same game as Iain Ferguson's goal from the half way line. |

| All the home "Shed" games of yesteryear
bring a wee lump to the throat and a tear to the eye. The surges,
Rammy whistling, leading the singing, silly scoring dances,
a good team, small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts etc.
etc. The golden years of my life as supporter. |

| It was game at Dens v Dundee. We
won 4-0 (Bollan, Connolly (x2), Dailly) and were awesome. But
the best thing was that Stuart Nicoll, the only Dundee supporter
I knew at that time, came on the bus. He still hasn't lived

wet eyes (?) at Hampden (Motherwell and Rangers) for different

He was in tears along with me when Jackson scored the equiliser
in the last minute in the Motherwell Cup Final!! - bod)
